Purpose in Practice: Coaching That Creates Global Change
Purpose in Practice is ALCN’s global initiative to expand access to impactful coaching and leadership education for emerging changemakers—leaders working on the front lines of social, environmental, and community transformation.
Powered by our global network of coaches-in-training and Global Coach Training Partners (GCTPs), this initiative offers guidance, tools, and mentorship to purpose-driven leaders who would otherwise not have access to this kind of support.
This is not charity. It’s leadership in action—where learning, growth, and service meet in real time.
Where Your Growth Creates Real-World Impact
At ALCN, we believe that conscious leadership isn’t just personal—it’s global. Every coach who trains with us is required to complete a minimum number of give-back coaching hours as part of their certification journey. These hours not only help them earn their ICF credential, but also allow them to support real leaders making real change.
Our Global Coach Training Partners extend this mission by delivering ALCN’s proprietary coaching model to aspiring leaders in developing countries—offering education and empowerment to those who are ready to serve their communities but lack access to formal training.
This reciprocal model ensures that while our coaches learn, they also lead. While they grow, they also give.
Aligned with ALCN’s Mission to Empower Global Leaders, This Initiative Will Help You:
Deepen Your Embodiment
Put your values into action by coaching with purpose, clarity, and global awareness
Grow Through Experience
Develop your voice and confidence while gaining the hours you need toward ICF accreditation
Create Real Impact

Be Part of Global Change

Together, let’s create a world of positive impact
If you’re an emerging leader seeking support, or you’d like to nominate someone, we’d love to hear from you.
