Our Vision
To redefine the coaching industry as a catalyst for conscious business and social impact. We aspire to inspire a global shift toward profit-for-purpose entrepreneurship, recognizing coaching as a transformative tool to foster sustainable progress and create a more equitable society.
Our Why
The world is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Technological advancements, economic volatility, ecological shifts, cultural evolutions, and societal movements are reshaping the landscape of business and life. Despite our digital interconnectivity, feelings of disconnection have never been more prevalent.
Amid this whirlwind of change lies an extraordinary opportunity — a global call for conscious transformation. While the future may seem uncertain, we believe in equipping leaders and coaches with the skills to not only adapt but thrive, becoming guiding lights for those navigating this transition.
At the core of our work is the belief that by cultivating a profound connection to ourselves, we unlock our innate wisdom, leverage our natural strengths, and embrace our unique superpowers. This foundation empowers leaders and coaches to build meaningful connections with others and ignite profound transformations in both personal and professional spheres.
Our Mission
Through world-class coach training, mentorship, and social impact initiatives, we empower individuals, leaders, and changemakers to facilitate powerful transformations. Our mission is to certify exceptional coaches and foster a community of resilient, impactful leaders who drive positive change across the globe.
Our values
Cultural Diversity
ALCN classrooms over the years have been microcosms of our world, with people from all walks of life, varying in nationalities, age, religion, background, profession, with diverse values, beliefs and dreams.
Part of what makes ALCN so unique is our truly international community. It is the different experiences and perspectives that each person brings that makes our community and our trainings so unique and special.
Authenticity
Our dynamic and multicultural Coach Trainer network plays a critical role in ALCN.
We believe that accepting and acknowledging what is currently happening in the here and now allows us to begin to do the the deeper work to align with our Highest Selves. Vulnerability has enormous power, and when we commit to authenticity, we are actually able to be seen and heard in our entire humanity, as well as see others in theirs. When we truly accept the journey and all of its ups and downs, it becomes a part of our story, of who we are, and what we are meant to be.”
Lifelong Learning
As human beings, we have been blessed with an incredible opportunity to experience life on this beautiful planet we call home.
And it is important to remember and be thankful for this, daily. We can often get caught up in the busyness of life and work and can be so focused on our goals or challenges that we forget it’s a journey. As coaches, when we are committed to a life of learning and self-discovery, and accept the ups and the downs, the bitter and the sweet, we are better equipped to support our clients in embracing each and every experience on this journey of life. Appreciation for the journey and lifelong learning go hand-in-hand.
Conscious Connection
Now, more than ever, it is so important to cultivate conscious connection, with our own intuition, with our bodies, with our hearts, with each other and with the world around us.
To fully know ourselves at the deepest level and to connect with others from that place. This requires slowing down, stepping back, seeing, hearing, feeling and often finding time to be silence. To be able to answer the questions “Why am I here?”, “What am I being called to do?”, “What can I contribute?”. We have to consciously cultivate internal connection. We each have the answers inside of us. Sometimes it just takes turning down the noise to hear them.
Embodied Leadership
As leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, and those who have decided that their mission in life is to contribute to positive societal change, we salute you.
We see leadership as a way of BEING in the world, not just a long list of accomplishments, accolades, or awards. Who you ARE and how you make those around you FEEL speaks volumes about the work you do and the impact you have on the world. We believe true leadership is embodied and those that are truly making a positive difference in this world are living, breathing examples of the changes they are advocating. They embody those changes and it ripples out into everything they do.
