At Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP, we believe in the power of coaching as a tool for individual and societal transformation.
We are a conscious business model and a profit-for-purpose company committed to creating a better world.
We are committed to supporting positive social and environmental change in tangible ways.
In addition to providing coaching and mentorship. We support individuals and organizations who are dedicated to creating a positive impact. We do this through donating a percentage of our profits to support social impact and sustainable development initiatives. By providing financial support and mentorship, we help to amplify the impact of these changemakers and support their efforts to create a better world for all.
To be a leader in the coaching industry for conscious business and social impact and to inspire others to embrace our model of profit-for-purpose entrepreneurship, recognizing the potency of coaching in driving progress towards a more sustainable and equitable society.
What we do
Our coaches possess a wealth of expertise and have a desire to give back to society through pro-bono coaching while earning their ICF credentials.
We support organizations in driving their social and environmental initiatives or campaigns by working with environmental leaders, advocates, community leaders and empowering the youth of today to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Supporting a coastal village in north west Bali recover post-pandemic
Pemuteran is a remote area in the North West of the island that is heavily reliant on tourism.
The pandemic had a significant negative impact on the local economy, due to the lockdowns and extended travel restrictions. Tourism has not fully returned and may not due to the current geopolitical situation and its impact globally. There is an unparalleled opportunity, to support the community rebuild sustainably as a diving tourist destination and village that creates a model for other parts of the world.
As a global organization, we work with international networks, local communities, and individuals around the world who share our goal of building a better world and promoting positive societal change.
In Bali, we partner with Taman Sari Resort, Warmadewa University, Elevation Barn, the Village of Pemuteran, the Biorock Project and Karang Divers Ocean Conservation.

“Never forget that you are one of a kind.”
“Never forget that if there weren’t any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn’t be here in the first place. And never forget, no matter how overwhelming life’s challenges and problems seem to be, that one person can make a difference in the world. In fact, it is always because of one person that all the changes that matter in the world come about. So be that one person.”
