Transformation doesn’t just happen at the level of the mind. True transformation happens when you tap into the innate wisdom of the body and connect at the deepest level. Our unique blend of NLP and Somatic Coaching combined with embodiment techniques teaches how to create mind-body connection and how to move your client out of their head and into their body, where the true answers lie. NLP skills help transform how you think, learn, communicate and interact with the world while Somatic coaching techniques help your clients to access and unlock their inner wisdom and resourcefulness.
Often, the body has the answers that the logical mind can’t access. It is our job as coaches to help clients unlock the answers and the deeper truth within. Somatic coaching is based on the idea that people do not necessarily change just because they have gained intellectual knowledge. They change when they have deep personal insights and awareness, see their behaviors and beliefs and experience new ways of BEING. NLP Somatic Coaching supports you in becoming aware of how the mind affects the emotional state and the body and experience new ways of doing, thinking, and being, fostering deeper connection and inner alignment.
