At Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP (ALCN) we provide professional coaches, or individuals looking to become a coach, with the tools they need to be successful in their practice. One of the easiest ways to receive the training needed for ICF Credentialing is to attend ALCN’s three week Intensive NLP Coach Training Program. Held at Dominican University in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, this year’s dates are July 10-August 2, 2015, with days off on July 14, 19, 24 and 29 to relax and enjoy the area, bond with classmates from around the world or get caught up on business.

This International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified intensive coach training curriculum immerses students in the skills and tools needed to be successful as a Coach combining powerful Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) techniques and the ICF coaching model to support change in clients over time. A typical coaching contract lasts from 6 months to 1 year and ALCN provides you with a full understanding of how to support your client on all levels during that process. The training is designed to help new and existing coaches gain a clearer understanding of how to effectively utilize NLP within a coaching practice and build a successful global coaching practice.

According to Bulgarian NLP Life Coach, Ivet Pavlova, who attended last year’s Summer Intensive in San Francisco “The training is very well organized—it gradually reveals the whole coaching process in a way that was easy to understand and remember. You come to understand at both the granular and the big-picture level how to build a coaching relationship. When you finish the training, you’re ready to coach successfully. What’s more, you learn how to market yourself, which is especially useful for beginners in the field. I could not recommend this program more.” To read more from our coaches around the world, check out our eBook!

Our Method: The Intensive Coach Training Program combines traditional coaching practices with powerful NLP techniques. It includes the latest innovations to go beyond procedural methods offered in most coach training programs. ALCN’s mission is to build leaders in the field of coaching. Since NLP and coaching can’t be learned through lecture alone, our training combines live demonstration, discussion, small group processes, simulations, role-plays and many practice coaching sessions, so students leave with the NLP methodology in their bones. And because the Summer Intensive Coach Training attracts students from around the world, the global learning environment prepares students to coach across cultures, age groups and professions creating a rich learning environment.

Our Model: The Summer Intensive coach training program is an ACTP approved curriculum that includes the full 125 hours of coach training, (required for the ICF PCC credential) 10 mentor/supervision sessions, a year of peer-to-peer coaching and certifies students as an NLP Certified Coach. Coaches must have 100 coach/client hours documented for Associate Certified Coach (ACC), 750 coach/client documented hours for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and 2,500 coach/client hours documented for Master Certified Coach (MCC). ICF credentialing is recognized as the gold standard in the coaching profession on an international level. Students will learn from the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP’s highly qualified faculty, all ICF Certified Coaches and Master NLP Practitioners, who have built their own successful coaching practices.

Take advantage of the early bird registration deadline which ends January 31st, 2015. Come, experience the life-changing benefits the Summer Intensive Coach Training program offers and don’t miss out on a great opportunity to advance your coaching skills!
